What I've realised after many hours by the oven is that if you truly have a burning passion for something you should put all your effort into making it work.

For as long as I can remember pastry has fueled my spirit.
I used to mess up so badly that I'd toss entire cakes in the bin and I'm not gonna lie, I still do sometimes.
